The NHL playoffs started Saturday with two series, both in the Western Conference.
The Winnipeg Jets defeated the St. Louis Blues, 5-3, with five different Jets scoring. Kyle Connor was one of them and added two assists.
The Colorado Avalanche beat the Dallas Stars, 5-1, led by Nathan MacKinnon’s two goals.
The playoffs resume today with three games, two in the Eastern Conference and one in the Western Conference. New Jersey plays Carolina at 3 pm, Ottawa plays Toronto at 7 pm and Minnesota plays Vegas at 10 pm.
