RAIN RETURNING THIS AFTERNOON, WITH POSSIBILITY OF SEVERE STORM

A cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms to the area late this morning through the afternoon. A few storms could be severe. The primary threat will be damaging wind gusts, though hail up to quarter size and/or a brief tornado cannot be ruled out.

The greatest chance for severe weather in Indiana County will be in the western area of the county, with the best chance of rain in the mid to late afternoon.
