Along with the motorcycle crash on Sunday, there were two other vehicle accidents. The first was at 2:02 PM on Davis Road in Rayne Township. Creekside and Indiana firefighters were sent at the time. Creekside fire officials said on the department’s Facebook page that at least one person was hurt, and Indiana fire crews assisted in setting up a landing zone.
The other was on the Route 119 bypass in White Township at 11:06 PM. State Police, Citizens’ Ambulance and Indiana Fire Association members were dispatched at the time.
Meanwhile, the county’s brush fire count is now up to 58 after two more were reported on Sunday. The Indiana Fire Association was sent to a property on Route 422 in Armstrong Township at 1:01 PM. About a half-hour later, the Iselin-West Lebanon fire department was sent to Rearicks Fording Road in Armstrong County to assist teams already on the scene. Details on both calls have not been released.
