After a busy weekend, Indiana County First Responders had a relatively quiet Labor Day with only three calls for service.
The first call of the day was at 6:02 AM along Penrose Hollow Road in West Wheatfield Township. Bolivar Fire Department was dispatched for some utility lines down.
At 4:46 PM, Brush Valley Fire Department was called out to assist EMT’s at the scene of an incident along Route 259 in Brush Valley Township. Armagh Fire Department was called out to provide a UTV at the scene.
A vehicle accident was reported at 5:58 PM on Dean Drive in Burrell Township. State Police were called to the scene along with Black Lick and Blairsville fire departments and Citizen’s Ambulance.
