Two vehicle accidents were reported in Indiana County over the last 24 hours, but details on these accidents have not been released by any of the investigating agencies.
The first accident was reported at 1:00 PM on Friday on Clymer Road in Cherryhill Township. Clymer Fire Department, Citizens’ Ambulance and the State Police from the Indiana Barracks were dispatched for the crash. The second call was for a crash at 4:34 this morning on Route 286 East in Montgomery Township. Commodore Fire Department and the state police were called out.
Otherwise, first responders were not busy last night, but Black Lick fire department was called out to investigate a gas leak on Jasen Street at 1:14 PM, and the Blairsville Fire Department investigated an automatic fire alarm activation on McArther Street in Blairsville Borough at 7:48 PM.
