A Pittsburgh-area man is due in Indiana County’s courts today for a preliminary hearing and a status conference in two different cases.
The preliminary hearing for 28-year-old Patrick Harah, who has addresses in both Pittsburgh and Monroeville, is for charges of terroristic threats, retaliation for past official action and retaliation against a witness or victim for an incident on August 23rd of this year. He has been in Indiana County Jail since his arrest. Bail was denied as he was deemed a threat to society.
The status conference concerns a case in Indiana Borough in July of 2021 where he physically and sexually assaulted a woman in an incident of domestic violence. He pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault and served a year of probation.
