The Homer-Center School Board Thursday night approved an agreement for behavioral health professional services.
The agreement is with Adelphoi Education for the rest of this school year. Superintendent Ralph Cecere said that this will provide a mental health therapist five days a week at the district to work with the guidance department to provide mental health services to students who need it.
The agreement has been funded through a competitive school safety and security grant that will fund the program for two years.
Also, the board approved a renewal agreement for solicitor services with Dillon McCandless King Coulter and Graham LLP, and the agreement is for the 2025 calendar year.
