In Indiana County Court tomorrow, 24-year-old Isaiah Moore of Johnstown will be sentenced for his guilty plea to third degree murder in the shooting death of Jaedyn Wright outside the Carriage House apartments in October of 2020. He was one of four defendants charged in the killing. In the same case, 25-year-old Delmar Chatman of Johnstown, will be sentenced for robbery, with non-prosecution for criminal homicide.
61-year-old Gordon Lee Dunmire of Indiana will be sentenced for a plea of guilty but mentally ill for failure to adequately provide care for a dependent person, involving an Indiana resident last year.
51-year-old Donna Mae Ackerson of Penn Run is scheduled to be sentenced for guilty pleas in fourteen criminal cases, all related to theft in some form, including numerous charges for bad checks, forgery, identity theft, and similar crimes. She admitted guilt to both felony and misdemeanor offenses. She has a long history of theft cases dating back to the early 2000s in Indiana and surrounding counties, and is currently in the Butler County Jail. All of the current batch of cases were filed against her between June and August of this year but some of the offenses occurred in the last several years.
45-year-old Ryan Spence of Harrisburg will be sentenced for a guilty plea to corruption of minors
