It looks like the fight for a liquor license for the Homer City Sheetz location is not done yet as an Indiana County Judge has ordered a new public hearing on the issue.
The order for the new hearing comes from an order from Common Pleas Court Judge Tom Bianco, who wrote in his opinion that while the Center Township Supervisors followed all the rules to reject the liquor license, the township did not give a complete record of what lead up to the vote.
Supervisors Chairman John Bertolino called it just another step in the process.
Bertolino would not comment further until he spoke with the township solicitor. The new hearing date was set for April 25 at 8:30 am in the Indiana County Courthouse.
