Two people charged with killing a Johnstown man and dumping his body near the Cambria-Indiana County border were sentenced earlier this week.
Justin Green and Brooke Pullin both pleaded guilty to charges connected with the July 2023 death of Daryle Lee Jr. Green shot Lee while the two were travelling through Johnstown after they worked together on three landscaping jobs. Green covered the body in a green shirt and tools to hide it in the truck and he and his girlfriend then travelled to Maryland to dispose of the gun. The two then drove back to Pennsylvania and dumped the body along Route 403.
Green was ordered to serve 14 to 28 years in prison with credit for time served, along with two years and two months of probation. Pullin was ordered to serve 84 months of probation for abuse of a corpse charge.
