INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE CHARGE SUSPECT IN ACE HARDWARE THEFT WITH ANOTHER CASE

Indiana Borough Police have announced that more charges have been filed for a man charged with theft from an Indiana hardware store.

38-year-old Anthony Walker now faces charges connected with a second theft, this one at a location in the 400 block of South 7^th Street on January 13^th.  Last week, he was identified as one of the two suspects in the theft of $1200 in merchandise from the Upstreet Ace Hardware store.

A new citation for retail theft was filed with District Judge Tony Sottile’s office.
