First Commonwealth Bank announced some changes to its Board of Directors on Friday.
Todd Brice, former CEO of the Indiana-based S&T Bancorp and current Business Development Officer with The Reschini Group, was nominated to serve on the board. He fills one of the four vacancies created following the retirements of David S. Dahlmann, Johnston A. Glass, and Robert Ventura, and the departure of Patricia A. Husic, who opted not to seek re-election.
Along with his roles at S&T Bancorp, Brice formerly served as Board Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland (Pittsburgh branch), and on the Board of Directors for Seton Hill University and Pennsylvania Mountain Care Network. Additionally, he was the former board chair of the Indiana Regional Medical Center and the Board Director for the YMCA of Indiana County.
In a news release, Board Chairman Jon Gorney said Brice was selected given his significant executive leadership experience in the financial industry. He said Brice was “an obvious choice and we are excited about his nomination.”
