WHITE TOWNSHIP
A 17-year-old former employee at the Ben Franklin Road Sheetz in White Township is facing Juvenile Probation court action for allegedly stealing $1,400 in gift cards from the store while he was employed there.
State police say the boy, who is from Indiana, made fourteen fraudulent Sheetz “Z-Cards”, each valued at $100, between June 15th and December 11th last year. A private theft investigator for Sheetz contacted state police, who conducted the investigation. The teenager was fired by Sheetz and is facing charges of theft b y deception. He has not been publicly identified because he is a juvenile.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
State police say a thief broke into a home in the 100 block of Grandview Avenue in White Township, stealing medication last month. The victim is a 63-year-old woman. Police don’t say what or how much medicine was stolen and have not identified a suspect.
INDIANA BOROUGH
An Indiana man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after he was found unconscious behind the wheel of his vehicle, which was sitting in the middle of street with its engine running on the afternoon of December 2nd. Police don’t say what substance 31-year-old Jason Boske had taken. It happened in the 300 block of School Street.
