PennDOT is asking people to take part in a survey concerning road maintenance in the past winter season.
From now until April 28th, people can take the 16-question survey online about work to keep roads safe and passable during the winter months. Topics will include timeline expectations for the clearing of state roads, how they rank snow-removal priorities and how they rate PennDOT’s winter services. The survey should take five minutes to complete and those taking it will remain anonymous.
PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll said that this past winter was a very active season for the agency, and he was proud of how hard the team worked to keep roads safe during the winter months. He also said that the survey was important as it will help enhance public information and review perceptions and knowledge of operations.
