State police say a thief made off with a car that was parked along Route 422 in Armstrong Township between Sunday night and Monday morning.
Police say 24-year-old Justin Stevick of Butler was having mechanical difficulties when he pulled the car over at Route 422 and Woods Road at about 8 PM Sunday, hoping to arrange a tow. When he returned yesterday morning at 10:30, the car was gone.
It’s a blue 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution with a large rear spoiler and a “COBB” sticker on the rear driver’s side window. If you’ve seen the car, you are urged to call police at 357-1960.
