INDIANA BOROUGH
Indiana Borough Police have arrested an Indiana Man on charges related to a domestic dispute late Thursday night. Police say around 10:10 PM, police were called to a domestic dispute that happened in the 400 block of poplar avenue. Andrew Herman of Indiana was taken into custody following the investigation and later placed in the Indiana county jail. Herman is awaiting arraignment in front of District Judge Guy Haberl on charges of Simple Assault, Harassment, False imprisonment, resisting arrest, and reckless endangerment.
WHITE TOWNSHIP
Indiana-based state police reports that a man was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Police say 31-year-old Joseph Kozak of Homer City was acting disorderly while under the influence of drugs while at IRMC on March 3rd at 4:55 in the morning. Charges were filed with District Judge Susanne Steffee.
State Police are investigating a case of criminal mischief on Friday morning between 1:00 and 3:50 AM. That’s when the tires of a truck belonging to Rodney Wagner of Indiana were cut. The truck was parked in the 2000 block of Oakland Avenue in White Township.
