State police have arrested Edward Frisco of East Huntingdon and charged him in connection with two incidents of attempted luring.
Frisco, who is a convicted sex offender, is accused of trying to entice a young girl to come into his home as she got off her school bus on February 24th. She ran away. In the second incident last Friday, Frisco once again tried to get the girl to come to his house as she was leaving for school.
State police were called and picked up Frisco. He’s in the Westmoreland County jail, held on $100,000 bond.
