An Indiana man was sentenced to serve probation for an incident that happened earlier this year in Indiana County Court yesterday.
Court documents say 33-year-old Patrick A. Reese of Indiana will serve one year of probation along with paying court costs and fines after he was charged with third-degree misdemeanor Simple Assault for a domestic dispute on February 6.
On that day, Blairsville Borough Police were called to a home along West Brown St. shortly after 2 a.m. for reports of a domestic dispute and found that Reese was involved; however they did not release any more details. He was charged and lodged in Indiana County Jail.
He was also charged with summary harassment; however no further penalties were added for this.
