Tonight, the latest class of the Indiana County Business Hall of Fame will be inducted.
Tonight’s ceremonies are scheduled to start at 5:30 with a cocktail hour and the inductee recognition dinner to begin at 6:30 at the Indiana Country Club. This marks the seventh class to be inducted into the hall of fame, with the 2020 class becoming the 2021 class after the ceremonies were cancelled at the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic. This year’s class will honor in the deceased category:
- L. “Red” Douds, the founder of Douds of Plumville
- Rose Reschini, founder of The Reschini Agency
In the living inductees category, those honored will include:
- Jack Delaney, owner and founder of Delaney Auto Group
- Louis Tate, owner of Luigi’s Ristorante and Pizzaria in Clymer
- Mark Zilner, owner of Diamond Drugs
This year will also mark a return of the Chairman’s Selection category, with this year’s selection being Jimmy Stewart.
For those without tickets, “Red Carpet” style interviews and the video packages for each inductee will be released by the chamber in the days following tonight’s festivities on their social media accounts.
