The Chancellor for the State System of Higher Education was at IUP on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the state system re-design as part of a second tour of all of the state system schools.
Daniel Greenstein said during the forum that if nothing changes with the estimated cost and revenue projections, the state system will have spent all its reserves in the next seven to ten years.
