Former IUP women’s basketball assistant coach Kelly Mazzante has been named the 22nd best athlete in Penn State history, according to the latest edition of Penn Stater Magazine.
Mazzante left IUP this year, after five years, to accept the job as an assistant coach at Bucknell University.
