Four Indiana residents were charged for a fight that happened Monday morning.
Indiana Borough Police officers were dispatched to the 00 block of South Coulter Avenue around 1:47 a.m. on Monday for reports of a fight among a group of people. Following an investigation, the people involved were 25-year-old Shayne Domino, 24-year-old Marissa Moore, 25-year-old Tyrone Thomas III, and 28-year-old Vance Sykes, all from Indiana.
All were charged with Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment through Magisterial Judge Guy Haberl’s office. Moore faces additional charges of Resisting Arrest and Public Drunkenness.
Indiana Borough Police also released more details on a fight that happened in July.
Reports say officers were dispatched around 7:45 p.m. on July 25th for reports of a fight between two boys in the parking lot of the Philadelphia Street Sheetz. One of the boys sustained injuries and was transported to IRMC for treatment. Both were charged through Juvenile Court with Simple Assault-fight by mutual consent.
The boys’ names were not released as they are minors.
