Redevelopment Project Negatives?

The Homer City Redevelopment project is wonderful news for our region and even Governor Shapiro seems to back it. Do you see any negatives?

Yes. We don't have the infrastructure to support such a large undertaking.
Yes. If we add a thousand permanent jobs, it will squeeze the housing market.
Yes. Property values are going to soar, and so are property taxes as a result.
Yes. Our workforce can't keep up with it.
No! Whatever problems come up, we can handle it!
