This afternoon, 12 IUP student-athletes were awarded All-PSAC West honors.
Duane Brown headlined honorees after being named the PSAC West Offensive Player of the Year. Brown hauled in 66 receptions with 1,045 yards and 16 touchdowns this season for the PSAC Champion Crimson Hawks.
Brown was also named to the All-PSAC First Team, along with Dayjure Stewart, Darrell Davis, John Robinson, Collin Pietropola, Gregory Moore II, Drew DiNunzio-Biss, and Darius Bruce.
Earning All-PSAC Second Team honors were Grant Smith, Hilton Ridley, Raunya Mitchell, and Jaheim Howard.
It was also announced that head coach Paul Tortorella was named PSAC West Coach of the Year after leading IUP to a 9-1 overall record and a 6-1 conference record, headlined by a PSAC Championship win over Shepherd.
The win earned IUP the top seed in the NCAA Super Region One.
