Two businesses in Indiana Borough will be closing their doors soon.
In a statement on their Facebook page, local computer repair business Re-Connected announced their last day of business will be Saturday, January 16th. The store will be open for their normal business hours until then. Re-Connected’s owners say that they may open the store again in the future, but they cannot say if or when it will happen.
The other store that will close is Family Video on Oakland Avenue as the business is closing all its locations across the country. In a news release, Family Video president Keith Hoogland claimed that the closure was due to the impact of Covid-19, not only with the lack of foot traffic in its stores, but the lack of new movie releases. The last day for movie rentals is January 6th, and the store will hold liquidation sales after that.
