In Indiana County Court today, there are a number of proceedings on the docket, including jury selection for two trials.
A jury will be chosen for the trial of 48-year-old Monte McMasters of Indiana, who is charged with a felony firearms violation, along with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, harassment, disorderly conduct, and summary public drunkenness.
A jury will also be chosen for a theft case against 50-year-old Cyndi K-P Patz of Marion Center.
There are two petitions for relief to be considered today before Judge Michael Clark. 61-year-old Raymond Wayne Parks is appealing his sentences in two DUI cases.
20-year-old Colt Snyder of Dayton will appear in Plea Court today to answer charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering for a stabbing in Indiana on August 29th.
Also in Plea Court:
- 38-year-old John Pavelchick of Blairsville will plead to two counts of harassment and a single count of resisting arrest.
- 25-year-old Keonte Collins of Elkins Park, Montgomery County, will plead to charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.
- 19-year-oold Brandon Mays, an SCI Pine Grove inmate from Johnstown, will plead to a charge of inmate procuring a weapon.
- 59-year-old Jacqueline Pratt of Saltsburg will plead to charges of accidents involving death or injury, accidents without a license, and accidents with property damage, plus felony theft and receiving stolen property. Loitering and prowling at night, and multiple summary traffic offenses from October of 2019. She also has a November 2020 case awaiting preliminary hearing on felony drug charges.
Finally, 24-year-old Tianna Deyarmin of Indiana will be sentenced for a single count of theft and several defendants will be subject to formal arraignment.
