A Clymer man faces fleeing and eluding charges after leading state police in Indiana on a vehicle pursuit in Center Township.
Troopers confirmed reports to Renda Media last night around 6:40 p.m., and they say the man – who remains unidentified – fled police after stealing a black 2015 Ford Escape. The man wrecked the car near Waterman along Route 56 and continued the pursuit on foot through a wooded area.
State police helicopters were called in to assist with the search. They circled over Homer City Borough and Center Township for a period of time before troopers found and arrested the man.
