After adding 7,289 combined cases of Type A and Type B flu in last week’s report, Pennsylvania added slightly more, 7,310 in the most recent report. But the number of deaths related to flu skyrocketed, from 120 to 181.
Indiana County added 25 new cases after increasing by 24 the week before. There have been 413 lab-confirmed flu cases in Indiana County since the flu season began in the first week of October.
There were no new RSV cases recorded in Indiana County. The case count remains at 123.
