Two Indiana County residents were arrested as a follow up to a drug investigation in late August at a home in Washington Township.
State police say that on August 21st, they served a search warrant on a home on Bash Road as part of a follow up to an investigation into a chase that lead to a drug bust the night before. During a search of the home, police seized 50 glassine bags containing suspected heroin, shards of suspected meth, along with suboxone pills, marijuana, scales, packing materials, glass smoking pipes, syringes and magnetic containers.
As a result of the search, 58-year-old Edward Eugene Patterson of Indiana was arrested. He was at home at the time police served the warrant, and is now charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia. 43-year-old Nicole Dawson of Indiana was also arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia.
Preliminary hearings for the two are set for September 30th in front of district judge Guy Haberl
