Three organizations and two people will receive some special recognition at the upcoming Downtown Indiana, Incorporated public meeting.
Downtown Indiana will recognize Anthony Frazier along with Your Hometown Radio Stations, The Indiana Gazette and the Lucy Donnelly Memorial Fund as “Downtown Ambassadors” for their work during the “It’s A Wonderful Life Festival” which was held over six weekends over the holiday season. David Janusek said that Frazier and each organization helps to promote the downtown area to Indiana County and elsewhere.
Downtown Indiana will also recognize Jennifer Rairigh with the “Heart of Downtown” award for her volunteer work and commitment to the organization as a board member, as well as for her work on the festival.
The annual Downtown Indiana meeting will be held at Spaghetti Benders on January 9th from 5:30-7:30 PM. There is an admission fee of $35.00, but there will be hor d’oeuvres and a cash bar made available.
