A woman facing four drug-related charges has pleaded guilty once again to one charge against her, while the other three will not be prosecuted.
In court on Friday, 33-year-old Shannon Dobson of Rossiter pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver connected to a drug raid last April in Rossiter. She was one of three suspects arrested in that raid where police found about three grams of crack cocaine, 166 stamp bags of heroin, and other items of drug paraphernalia. In September, Dobson pleaded guilty to the same charge but in early December, she withdrew her guilty plea, and was expected to enter a plea for all four charges that she faced, which included charges of possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia along with possession with intent to deliver.
There is no word yet on when she will be sentenced. Co-defendant Elyse Zak of Indiana pleaded guilty to a single count of possession and was sentenced to probation. The third defendant, Terrance Northington of Braddock in Allegheny County is still awaiting trial.
