Indiana Borough police have charged two people with drug offenses for separate incidents this weekend. On Saturday, 19-year-old Chadwick Orelien of Douglassville, PA, was pulled over for a traffic violation Saturday evening in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street. He falsely identified himself to the officer and was taken into custody. A small amount of marijuana was found, and Orelien was also under the influence of alcohol. Charges include possession of marijuana, underage drinking, being a minor operating a vehicle with alcohol in his system, and false ID.
In the other incident, last night, 48-year-old Denise Clark of Clymer was charged with a traffic offense, along with possession of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia.
