Indiana County District Attorney Patrick Dougherty announced Friday that he has filed a Notice of Aggravating Circumstances and Intent to Seek the Death Penalty in the matter of Commonwealth vs. Justin Stevenson and Commonwealth vs. Nathaniel Price.
Both defendants were arrested and charged with criminal homicide, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the deaths of Timothy John Gardner and Jacqueline Ivy Brink on Oct. 27, 2016, on Hillside Drive in Cherryhill Township.
