A new business facility will come to Indiana County and create 50 new jobs.
In an announcement from the Governor’s office yesterday, Gordon Sinclair, a promotional products supplier, will expand their operations into Indiana County with a new manufacturing and decorating facility, creating 50 new jobs in the process. The company has committed to investing over $5 million into the project and create 50 new full time jobs over the next three years.
Gordon Sinclair is a leading supplier of logoed items like drinkware and office items, and they sell exclusively through promotional products distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Promotional products are a $21 billion industry that provides logoed merchandise of all types not only for advertising, safety programs and other promotional purposes.
Byron Stauffer, the executive director of the Indiana County Development Corporation says the facility they are moving into was a part of the Fisher Scientific company at 771 Indian Springs Road.
The company has started to hire people and they hope to begin production at their new facilities by mid-to-late February.
