State police are reporting a case of sexual assault that happened in September of last year.
Few details were released by police except that the victim was a man from Conemaugh Township, the fact that he was raped sometime between 5 PM on September 7th and 8 AM on the 8th, and he was intoxicated at the time.
State Police are continuing to investigate.
