E-bikes

E-bikes are an increasing presence on roads and streets.  Do communities need to implement new ordinances to regulate them?  

Some of them go over 20 mph and need to be slowed down.
All riders of e-bikes should be required to wear helmets.
They should not be permitted to weave in and out of traffic and must obey auto laws.
They should be made to stay off sidewalks.
All of the above, please!
None of the above, please!  No regulations are needed.
